The Website’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute a single contractual agreement. All capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In connection with the operation of our Website, we process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (“GDPR”) and under the terms set forth below.
Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We collect and process personal data in connection with the provision of our Services or communications regarding those Services exclusively in strict compliance with the GDPR.
We collect only personal data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. Therefore, you will never be asked to provide personal data considered “sensitive,” such as your racial or ethnic origin, or your political, philosophical, or religious views.

1. In what circumstances do we collect your personal data, and what data is collected?

We retain details of your payments as well as details of the purchases you make. Transaction details are stored either in our systems or with a third-party service provider. This data is retained for internal purposes, including accounting, compliance, and legal purposes, in accordance with Section 5 of this Privacy Policy.
1.4 Subscribe to Our Newsletter
When you create your Account, you can give your prior consent to receive our newsletters regarding news, new products, services, and promotions in connection with the Services.
You can also directly opt in to receive our newsletters by entering your email address in the fields provided for that purpose on the Site.
In any case, you have the right to withdraw your consent to receive such newsletters at any time and at no cost.

In order to respond to any requests you may submit to our Customer Service department and to verify your personal information, we may use your last name, first name, email address, and phone number.
2. How do we protect your personal data?

We will retain your personal data for a period of 5 years. This period allows us time to process your order and handle requests for returns or refunds beyond the statutory warranty period.
