However, Sisters of Afrika shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure, unforeseeable events involving a third party not party to the contract, or non-compliance of the product with foreign legislation in the event of delivery outside of France.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

P.S.: Even though the items are shipped from Dakar, Senegal, we make returns easy by allowing you to send them back to Sisters Of Afrika France, so that customers living in Europe and North America don't have to pay additional fees.

**8. Contract Term and Price Validity**

Prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order, and any changes will be automatically reflected in the sale price on Sistersofafrika.com. Products remain the property of Sistersofafrika until full payment has been received. Offers are valid for the duration specified and while supplies last at the time of the order.

**9. Applicable Law / Jurisdiction**
